How I changed my life. [P90 Transformation]
here’s a brief story on how I started my life changing transformation from 440lbs! I was weighing in around 440lbs roughly 2 years ago. Sitting at the edge of diabetes, suffering from hypertension stage 2 blood pressure (around 180/130 blood pressure on the monitor.), suffering from Obstructive Sleep Apnea, and barely able to go down a flight of stairs without getting winded, and that was just the start. Top all of that off at one point I had doctor telling me ” you’ll always have high blood pressure, you’ll always have some form of heart problem because of your family history and you may still eventually get diabetes.. you’ll also need to be on blood pressure medication. ” UNACCEPTABLE. I don’t think I’ve ever been so angry at someone telling me what I can or can’t change and how I will be stuck with something for the rest of my life, I refused to listen to that I’d be stuck like this forever.
