Welcome back to another Motivational Monday! First one of the new year, so its time to hear some great words of inspiration and wisdom from the man himself, Arnold Schwarzenegger!   Definitely some words to take to heart as we step into the new year. I am revved up to get back into working out too! as always if you have any motivational material, that you’ve seen on the web or have come up with yourself that you might want to get featured on a monday, feel free to email or fb msg me and put motivational monday in the title and hopefully we’ll see it on here. Make sure you share each monday’s post with your friends! Help Predator Fitness grow into a larger source of information for fellow fitness junkies.

Wisdom comes in all sizes and you’re never alone on your journey of fitness.

I gotta give a shout out to Matt Garwood, a friend and fellow Beachbody lover who has a pretty awesome blog up that can be found here – [http://anysizefitness.com] Matt, much like myself undertook the journey of changing his life around through the power of P90x. Check out his story and pictures here – [http://anysizefitness.com/testimonials/matts-story/]  It is one thing to be a few pounds over weight, but when you break the barriers and go to 260lbs, 300lbs and even beyond (like my eventual starting weight of 440lbs) you really have to dig deep down inside of yourself and pull forth some tremdenous strength to acknowledge that you not only need the change but have to be ready to actually commit to it and succeed. Life tends to get in the way of a normal sleep schedule but if you really want to get the best results you need to sleep. Sleep time is a prime time for your body to repair and grow. Take advantage of that natural HGH (Human Growth Hormone) production by getting at least 8 hours of deep sleep. If you’re really worried about making gains in muscle or weight loss, having enough sleep is as important as your diet and your exercise.  You literally make progress when you’re getting enough sleep. If you want strength, SLEEP. Fights off bad moods, depression, irritability, keeps your immune system in check and even reduces headaches which…
