Wisdom comes in all sizes and you’re never alone on your journey of fitness.

I gotta give a shout out to Matt Garwood, a friend and fellow Beachbody lover who has a pretty awesome blog up that can be found here – [http://anysizefitness.com] Matt, much like myself undertook the journey of changing his life around through the power of P90x. Check out his story and pictures here – [http://anysizefitness.com/testimonials/matts-story/]  It is one thing to be a few pounds over weight, but when you break the barriers and go to 260lbs, 300lbs and even beyond (like my eventual starting weight of 440lbs) you really have to dig deep down inside of yourself and pull forth some tremdenous strength to acknowledge that you not only need the change but have to be ready to actually commit to it and succeed. What to do if you missed a few days of your work out.

I will be restarting Shaun T’s Insanity: The Asylum today with my accountability partner Vanessa or as she would like to be known as “Hardcore” (she’s got the abs for it). We both had a snag 2 weeks in, she hurt her foot and I was out due to some super flu or some sort of crazy biological warfare that kept me from doing anything for the last 2 weeks, enough that my nutrition was even slipping due to not being able to leave the bed.
