    This Motivational Monday I have put together several different quotes that I have found inspiring, or just something I felt like I needed  at that moment in time. You can apply these to whatever you like, be it your fitness,  your relationship or business. So many people fall off of a diet within a few days, maybe even a few weeks, and these are people that barely have anything to lose.
