Predator Fitness – Shaun T on Dr. Oz with a “15-Minute Miracle Workout”

Shaun T is blazing across the TV and the internet with his appearance on Dr. Oz, if you missed the show and want this awesome workout click this Shaun T is a power house! An amazing fitness instructor and an incredible motivator, he really knows how to get you involved in the workout with his charismatic personality and his desire to want to see you succeed! I have met and worked out with Shaun T in Columbus, OH. I hurt for the rest of that week but it was an amazing experience, this man loves what he does and he loves the people he is capable of helping, incredibly down to earth and quite humurous as well. The 15-minute Miracle Workout featured on Dr. Oz however is available in the form of Shaun T’s hit program. Insanity. If you liked what you saw on the show and you want to get the fully developed workout, that will get you into serious shape, then you want to get Shaun T’s Insanity if you’re ready to be committed to getting a ripped six pack of abs. Word of caution this program is rather extreme and I advise you start off slow and…

What to do if you missed a few days of your work out.

I will be restarting Shaun T’s Insanity: The Asylum today with my accountability partner Vanessa or as she would like to be known as “Hardcore” (she’s got the abs for it). We both had a snag 2 weeks in, she hurt her foot and I was out due to some super flu or some sort of crazy biological warfare that kept me from doing anything for the last 2 weeks, enough that my nutrition was even slipping due to not being able to leave the bed. Thankfully I was able to keep up with a routine of Shakeology mixed with Orange juice (and sometimes the p90x recovery drink) to help speed up my recovery. Needless to say my cardio has suffered greatly. Asylum is NOT easy, even when you’re at 100%, this program is tough and you fight physically and mentally to finish each workout. But to keep this quick, as this helps answer a question I get asked quite often by people that have something interrupt their Beachbody workout schedule, for whatever program they’re doing. P90x, Turbofire, Insanity or anything else. This is how I deal with the annoying forced break in my routine. It’s always situational but here’s my general guideline,…

Predator Fitness – Week 1 of Shaun T’s Insanity: The Asylum.

This would make day 5 on The Asylum calendar. A much needed rest day before I get my ass handed to me again by Shaun T. The man clearly intends for you to kill yourself while doing this workout and if you’re not prepared to bring that kind of dedication you may want to look at something easier because this workout is no joke and Shaun T is NOT playing with you. His words. I am already down 9lbs and about 3-4 inches off my waistline since starting on Saturday, this is with being “decent” with my eating. Something I intend to tighten up within the 2nd week of The Asylum. Its been a tough week, my body is sore from head to toe and the thought of doing absolutely nothing seems like the best idea ever. Sadly for me, this is still week 1, and this program is 30 days of pure hell. On the brightside I have a accountability partner and someone who is going through this at the same time, we’re holding each other up and keeping the other motivated. So I owe a big thanks to my friend Vanessa, although I will admit I do blame her…
