5 reasons sleep is important to your bodybuilding routine. You’re not afraid of the dark are you?

I’m going to give you  my top 5 reasons for why sleep is important to both your diet and exercise as well as your overall health! These are my opionions based on the things that I have both read and experienced. Adequate amounts of sleep gives your brain and body the energy its needs to focus.
