Predator Fitness – Shaun T on Dr. Oz with a “15-Minute Miracle Workout”

Shaun T is blazing across the TV and the internet with his appearance on Dr. Oz, if you missed the show and want this awesome workout click this Shaun T is a power house! An amazing fitness instructor and an incredible motivator, he really knows how to get you involved in the workout with his charismatic personality and his desire to want to see you succeed! I have met and worked out with Shaun T in Columbus, OH. I hurt for the rest of that week but it was an amazing experience, this man loves what he does and he loves the people he is capable of helping, incredibly down to earth and quite humurous as well. The 15-minute Miracle Workout featured on Dr. Oz however is available in the form of Shaun T’s hit program. Insanity. If you liked what you saw on the show and you want to get the fully developed workout, that will get you into serious shape, then you want to get Shaun T’s Insanity if you’re ready to be committed to getting a ripped six pack of abs. Word of caution this program is rather extreme and I advise you start off slow and…

Predator Fitness – Road to Recovery

It’s now 2012! In 2011 I had set out quite a few goals, some that I met, some that I was no where close to completing, like being in shape for the Beachbody Body Challenge. Top it off just after thanksgiving, I get a fever that lead to a (open wound warning) forearm injury  / almost 3 inch gash/scar that now has me unable to lift weights and missing some feeling in my index and thumb fingers. Talk about being beyound frustrated! December was a month of not working out for safey reasons. It is January now and I am dying to jump back into it, now that the swelling in my hand/forearm has decreased greatly since the accident. With the start of the new year and fitness goals that I want to meet, I must pace myself and now I must really come to love doing cardio because until my arm is healed, weight lifting is out of the question. I will no doubt have to rehab my forearm before I can throw it back into 35lb forearm curls or even think about doing a pushup. I’ll likely need to use pushup/power stands for pushups, since my hand isn’t capable of flexing in its full…

Week 2: P90x and RevAbs = 18lbs weight loss

I’ve been doing P90x by itself for the last week and ahalf and just added in the RevAbs workouts, P90x and my diet alone has brought me down by 15lbs, and just several days of adding in RevAbs dropped my weight by an additional 3 pounds. I can feel my energy levels dropping low by mid day, so I will increase my carb intake around my 2nd meal to compensate for the additional workout and I am considering a 2nd serving of Shakeology in addition to my 2nd meal of the day. 1st meal(1st post workout):  1 scoop Shakeology + NOW Fiber-3 mixed into a cup of Skim Milk. 2nd Meal: 6oz boneless skinless chicken breast, serving of unsalted/raw almonds 3rd meal(2nd post workout meal): 1 scoop shakeology, 1 scoop lipotropic chocolate peanutbutter protein mixed into a cup of skim milk.  (Additional: 1-2 scoops of LG Science Postal, post workout IF weight lifting) OR 1 scoop Shakeology with 1 scoop of P90x Results and Recovery Formula mixed with a cup of Skim Milk 4th meal: 6oz 95% lean ground beef, flatout light italian herb wrap(bun) 5th meal: 1 scoop lipotropic chocolate peanutbutter protein with 10 oz’s of water Water intake:…
