“I am ____” or “I can ____” can be a strong reinforcement of a mental and positive state, and on the other hand, it can be negative so if you’ve been filling yourself with negative “I am/can’t” statements it’s time to change how you think about yourself and what you’re doing. I am ready to make a positive change at the start of my week by doing this post, are you ready to read it?
“Always be yourself, express yourself, have faith in yourself, do not go out and look for a successfull personality and duplicate it. ”
- Bruce Lee
Something in human nature causes us to start slacking off at our moment of greatest accomplishment. As you become successful, you will need a great deal of self-discipline not to lose your sense of balance, humility, and commitment. ~Ross Perot
Success is getting what you want. Happiness is wanting what you get. -Dale Carnegie
“If you realize that all things change, there is nothing you will try to hold on to. If you are not afraid of dying, there is nothing you cannot achieve. ”
“For me life is continuously being hungry. The meaning of life is not simply to exist, to survive, but to move ahead, to go up, to achieve, to conquer. ”
“If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.”
- Bruce Lee
This video is a fine example of how powerful a “I am” statement can be. This should have you running out onto the field or ready to tear it up in the gym.
I am a big fan of the Michael Jordan ad’s, he has put out a ton and they’re all very motivational and very true. This one reminds me of how there are people in life that want to tear you down because they are afraid of what you will become when you unleash your ability and reach for your goals. You can’t let them stop you.
How great are you? No one can decide your greatness, they will try, they will get in your way but you cannot let them stop you.
Please, like and share this post, make the start of someone else’s week wonderful.
